In warp, you click the station ... wait until you're out of warp ... and can instantly dock when you push the button. How you plan on getting out, though ... ... well, I won't give you a lecture about how to make instaundocks with enemy around. Can you actually do anything yourself? When the OP lacks even basic understanding of game mechanics to get in, he definitely won't get out with a camper there, as he has no instaundock and probably will have a hard time making one.
